PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. In my small knowledge what I know a large number of freelancer working in Bangladesh. How they get payment? All use their relative, friends, business partner's account, which is illegal. Any time there account will block.
I personally has an account with PayPal, which is having more then USD$1500 in Balance earn by few freelancer work with different company around the Globe. But currently I am unable to access that account, just because of I used my friends bank account number to verify that account.
Different times I wrote to PayPal to allowing Bangladeshi Citizen to operate an online account with PayPal but every time they send an 'Pre-formated' email reply with apology for not having their network in Bangladesh. This is a story about 6 years old!
I understand the barrier of Foreign Currency Policy of Bangladesh Banks make PayPal unable to allow any Bangladeshi Citizen to Open or Operate any Online Financial Transaction.
In an recent statement, Bangladesh Bank has informed that it will going to allow Inter-bank transaction over internet. So This is the time to ask PayPal to Cover our Country on there Network.

I think we have restriction on sending money from Bangladesh. We can send money with very specific status like student file, License of contract etc. The law, i think, may be to protect people to send black money. But in my opinion, black money has its alternative way and poor people like me is suffering when trying to send a few dollars for domain registration and buying books.
But in case of receiving money there is no restriction. This way should be freely open.

We need PayPal in Bangladesh:
Recently two times mail to PayPal.
My first question was, "PayPal present condition in Bangladesh". They are reply me,
"I understand that you are inquiring about PayPal Bangladesh.
Mr. Kabir, as of now, PayPal is not yet active on Bangladesh. Since, you requested it, I will just request the PayPal management to have it live on Bangladesh. However, I may not be able to give you a time frame for that. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you."
Second time when I mail them and want to know availability of PayPal in Bangladesh. They reply me,
"We sincerely appreciate your interest in becoming a PayPal member. Unfortunately, we are not yet providing services for the country or region in question. Establishing our service in each new country or region involves complex changes due to different regulations. We are always looking to expand our availability; however, due to the complexities of global expansion, we cannot provide a specific time frame. We are working hard and look forward to expanding our services to additional countries and regions in the future."
Both time assisted me, Michelle, PayPal Resolution Services, PayPal, an eBay Company.
